Game challenges

With a schedule of releasing 1 episode every week, I was challenged to expedite the animation process and keep motion consistent between various motion designers. The solution? Capitalize on templates, rigs, custom presets & expressions.
Custom Templates
Some of the templates I made that helped save the most time were these character rigs that could be used to cycle between each of the characters’ poses and facial expressions and these dialogue templates for each of the different types of dialogue windows.

Results
And here are some of the results! What could have taken hours of keyframing and editing, was reduced to minutes. If not for these templates, there would have been no way way we could’ve animated these scenes in the time that we had.
